Meet "Caramel Peak of El Diamante," a single-origin coffee that’s all about quality and sustainability. Harvested with strict ripeness criteria, these cherries are floated and hand-sorted to ensure only the best make it through. They’re then sun-dried on raised beds in temperature-controlled conditions until the perfect moisture content is reached.
El Diamante is a small, 3-hectare farm in Jaén, Peru, owned by Jose Elmer and his son. At 1,800 meters above sea level, they grow exceptional coffee varietals, including Caturra, Catuai, Castillo, Gesha, and Maragogype. For "Caramel Peak," they selected the finest Red Bourbon cherries from their harvest.
This farm is unique, surrounded by protected forests that are home to native plants and animals, with numerous water sources that supply the city. This rich ecosystem creates the perfect conditions for growing coffee and enhances the soil's quality.
Enjoy the rich, caramel flavours of "Caramel Peak of El Diamante," a coffee that reflects the hard work and dedication of Jose Elmer and his son.
