Shipping schedule

FIRSTLY...we roast daily! 

We aim to have all orders roasted, packed and shipped within 48 hours of ordering.

Shipping within Australia

We offer shipping Australia-wide via Australia Post Parcel (3-5 days) and Aus Post Express (2-3 days).

For metropolitan services and small orders, Australia Post is a reliable parcel post service. For most regional orders and larger orders, Aus Post Express is an excellent, fast freight service.

For larger coffee orders (over 10kg) feel free to contact us and we can work to find the best shipping method for your location.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via tracked International Parcel Post.

Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we can provide a shipping quote to best suit your location and order size.

Returns and refunds

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for coffee orders, since it is a fresh and perishable product. We cannot guarantee that orders will be redirected if the incorrect shipping address has been provided.

Subscription Service Policy

At Margaret River Roasting, we offer a convenient subscription service for our coffee lovers. Please note the following guidelines to ensure a smooth experience with our subscription service:

  1. Update Your Subscription: It is the responsibility of the customer to update their subscription details before the next order is processed. This includes any changes in address, coffee preferences, or delivery frequency.
  2. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations must be made before the next order is processed to avoid being charged for an additional shipment.

We currently offer international shipping to Singapore, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, France, Germany, and Italy.

We're always looking to expand our reach, so check back for updates!

Shipping times vary significantly by destination. Orders to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia typically take 6-14 business days, while orders to the USA, Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, and Italy can take anywhere from 10-26 business days, plus an additional 3-day buffer for unforeseen delays.

Please note, these are estimated times and can vary due to factors outside our control.

Yes, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates.
