1. Prize Collection: The prize must be collected in person from our café at 1/18 Burler Dr, Vasse WA 6280 or we can organise shipment at a cost to the winter for $250 Australia-wide.
2. Identification: The winner will need to present valid identification and their receipt or order confirmation as proof of their qualifying purchase.
3. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
4. Entry Period: The giveaway begins and ends on the dates specified in our giveaway announcement. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter: Eligible participants can enter by purchasing 1kg or more of coffee beans either in our café or online. Entry forms should be completed in-store for physical purchases or online for online purchases as per the instructions in the giveaway announcement.
6. Retailer Exclusion: This giveaway is exclusively conducted by Margaret River Roasting at our café and online store. Purchases made from other retailers carrying Margaret River Roasting products are not eligible for this giveaway.
7. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification: The winner will be notified via email within a week following the selection of the winner. Margaret River Roasting shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk email, or other security settings.
9. Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Margaret River Roasting and its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, agents and their employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any claims, losses, and damages arising out of their participation in this giveaway or any giveaway-related activities.
10. Privacy: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this giveaway by Margaret River Roasting and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
