Key dates

Last dispatch before Christmas

• Tuesday, December 23
• Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm (midday)

Warehouse closed

• From December 24 to January 5 inclusive

Warehouse reopens

• Monday, January 5

Orders placed during the closure

• Orders placed after Tuesday, December 23 at 12:00 pm will not be packed or shipped until we return.
• All orders placed during the closure will be packed and sent from January 5.
• No dispatches will occur between December 24 and January 5.

Warehouse collection

• The warehouse will be fully closed during this period.
• No order packing or collections will be available.
• We are unable to offer click and collect or walk-in collection while the warehouse is closed.

What this means for you

• Order before December 23 at midday for pre-Christmas dispatch.
• Orders placed after this time will ship from January 5.
• If you need coffee for the holiday period, we recommend ordering early.
