Fiesta is sourced from Los Madrigal Micromill in Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, where brothers Diego and Armando Madrigal Ureña have been cultivating coffee since they inherited their farms as teenagers. With 25 hectares between three farms, the micromill is a hub of innovation and care, featuring raised African beds for precise drying.
Diego and his brother are deeply committed to sustainable farming, balancing tradition with forward-thinking practices like reforestation and renewing coffee trees. Their work ensures every bean reflects the quality and dedication poured into their land.
