Cherry Zenith is a fully washed coffee from Tanzania’s Southern Blend Cooperative.
After careful fermentation, the coffee is dried slowly, ensuring a clean and crisp flavour. Expect fresh cherry notes up front, rounded out by mellow lime and almond-like amaretto sweetness. Its bright acidity and natural sweetness work perfectly as both espresso or filter brews.
